I Wanted To Get Verizon Dsl But They Said I Live To Far Away From Their Central Office So I Cant Get But ?
how come the people who live right below me have verizon dsl the only difference between them and me is they live on 1 floor lower then me.??????????

Are you sure they have DSL?
DSL is always contingent on distance from CO (central office) to end user. The farther away you live the slower the transmission speed and there are areas that cannot have it at all.
Call Verizon back and tell them you believe your downstairs neighbors have DSL from Verizon. I will bet you find out they don’t, they probably have “high speed” dial up, or they have a cable modem from your cable company.
UMM, highspeed dail up? i think not, theres, dail-up, highspeed, and dsl,, where i live, they do not have dsl here yet, so we have hughes net high speed, its a bit slower than dsl, but is beats dail-up,, call the company, and ask them, and tell them that the lower parts have their dsl,, they may have a mix up
